What is a Premium Session?

Premium sessions are appointments scheduled outside of Nourish’s regular operating hours. Nourish is regularly opened Tuesday thru Friday of each week. (See footer of site for hours.)

Premium sessions come with an increase in cost per service. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Premium Session.

What is a Standard Service?

Any service scheduled for 2 hours or less is categorized as a standard service.

What is an Extensive Service?

Any service scheduled for 2+ hours is categorized as an extensive service.

Can I walk-in for an appointment?

Services are rendered by appointment only to ensure a personalized quality experience.

Can my child be scheduled for a service?

Due to the nature and set up of Nourish services for younger children are not provided. Nourish is a salon for women only. However, services for young ladies ages 14+ are rendered!

Can I bring a friend or spouse along to my appointment?

Currently, guests are asked to come to their appointments alone, unless a parent is accompanying their teen who is scheduled for a session.

Can I bring my children along to my appointment?

To give all our guests the opportunity to gain the full experience of Nourish, without having to worry about little eyes and ears, I politely request no children.

I hope you will understand my decision to provide a child-free experience, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the Nourish experience.

Is there on-site parking?

Nourish is located downtown Lancaster, the only parking provided is on street parking or garage parking.

Why do I need to schedule a color consultation prior to a color service?

I never want to go into any hair cuticle altering service blindly. During your color consultation I’ll analyze your hair and scalp, discuss your color goals and go over the necessary steps to get you there. From there I’ll schedule your next step service/s.

Maintaining the integrity of the hair is really important to me, if I feel your hair isn’t in the best shape to proceed with your requested color/lightening service I will recommend hair repair treatments to prep your hair for your desired shade.

Do you accept all forms of payment?

Cash, credit and debit card payments are the only forms of payment accepted at Nourish.
