Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Purchase Terms.

Gift cards ranging from $10.00 - $500.00 can be purchased at anytime via Gloss Genius the salon’s booking software host.

All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

***Please note gift cards expire 5 years after the date of purchase.

Use Terms.

Gift card credits can only be used toward hair care services.

Credits cannot be used toward tickets purchases for classes or events held at or hosted by the salon, consultations, Curl Care Intro Sessions, hair care products, appointment deposits or cancellation fees.

Gift cards must be physically present at the time of use to redeem credits toward service.

Inactivity.

A $20 inactivity fee will be deducted from the original credited amount every 12 months from the date of purchase.

Card Loss.

Call the salon to confirm the purchasers email address and a copy of the gift card voucher will be emailed to the purchaser’s email address listed on file.

The email address provided must match the email address the salon has on file for the purchaser.

Due to tech limitations this is the only way to restore a lost card.
