Service FAQ’s.

  • Any service scheduled for less than 2.5 hours is categorized as a standard service.

  • Any service or paired services requiring 2.5 or more hours of scheduled time are considered extensive services.

  • Changes to appointments can be made from the appointment confirmation email you received from Gloss Genius.

    The email contains a link to reschedule/cancel your appointment.

    *Changes can be only made to standard service appointments through Gloss Genius 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment date.

    To make changes to an extensive service and appointments secured by a deposit please call the salon to speak directly to salon admin.

  • Deposits are not required for every service. Deposits are required to secure sessions scheduled for 2.5 or more hours.

    Deposits may be required at your stylists discretion to secure future appointments. To learn more tap the “Deposit Policy” link above.

  • Premium sessions are appointments scheduled outside of Nourish’s regular operating hours.

    Nourish is regularly opened Tuesday thru Friday of each week.

    Premium sessions come with an increase in cost per service.

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Saturday Session.
