Deposits.
Deposits are required to secure the following service types:
In-Person Consultations
Curl Care Intro Sessions
Color/Highlighting Sessions
Smoothing Treatment Sessions
Premium (after hour) Sessions
Extensive Sessions (Appointments scheduled for 2+ hours of time)
All New Guest Sessions
Seasonal Promotions/Specialty Sessions
Deposits are in place to secure your stylists time with you. Extensive service appointments are often harder to fill when they are cancelled after being held for a week or more.
Terms and Conditions surrounding Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid when requesting an extensive appointment.
Deposits will go toward the expected total service cost when services are rendered.
Deposits may be required to secure standard appointments. This determination will always be at your stylist’s discretion.
Deposits will not transfer when secured appointments are changed unless changes are made within the 3 day grace period.
Any deposit placed on a cancelled or rescheduled appointment due to an illness or inclement weather can not carry over to a future appointment.
Deposits securing Consultations and Curl Care Intro Sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Grace Periods:
Full service appointments being held by a deposit are issued a 3 day grace period. During the grace period changes can be made to the appointment date and/or time without the risk of forfeiting the deposit. For clarity, in order for deposits to transfer to a new date and/or time changes must be made within the first 3 days after the initial appointment is made.
If you need to change the date of your appointment (within your grace period) your new appointment cannot exceed 3 weeks from the date of your original appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment when a deposit is placed:
In the event, the initial appointment has to be rescheduled after the 3 day grace period the deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be made to secure the same type of appointment for a future date.
Deposits and cancellation fees are separate fees. Cancellation fees are required to be paid only when cancellations/appointment changes are made according to the extensive appointment policy time frame.
