Important Info Regarding Appointment Requests:
You may get a follow-up call or email from me after requesting an appointment.
Being attentive to your email inbox after submitting your request is extremely important!
I normally respond to appointment requests within the hour they are made.
Upon submission appointment requests are pending.
If your appointment request is denied please check your email if you do not get a follow-up phone call stating why the request was denied.
Failure to respond promptly to an appointment request follow-up email or phone call may result in an appointment request denial.
Appointment requests expire shortly after they are made if a an approval is not made.
Please keep your phone or device close by after submitting an appointment request.

What to expect after requesting an appointment:
After your appointment request is approved you’ll receive further info relating to your appointment from salon admin directly. The salon’s booking host “Gloss Genius” will send you appointment confirmation texts and emails leading up to your appointment.
Gloss Genius is also utilized to send out texts and mass emails to guests.
If Gloss Genius prompts you to call or email the salon after submitting your request please do so.
You will also receive a “New Guest Onboarding Email” a few days prior to your appointment. Onboarding emails contain important information regarding parking and building entry.
You may also receive an email from Salon Admin instructing you on how to prep your hair for your first session. Curly hair prep maybe required for select curly hair care sessions, you’ll be advised of this via email after submitting your request.
Deposits:
Non-refundable deposits are required when scheduling appointments needing 2 or more hours of time.
Appointments requiring 2 or more hours of scheduled time are considered “Extensive Appointments”.
The amount of the deposit needed to secure an extensive appointment will be determined by the amount of time needed to provide your desired outcome. Typically deposits range from $50-150.
When scheduling through Gloss Genius you’ll be prompted to pay your deposit for services timed for 2 or more hours.
You may receive an email from Salon Admin requesting a deposit prior to your appointment approval for select services should Gloss Genius not prompt you to secure your session with a deposit.
FAQ: How will I know if the service I requested requires a deposit?
A: When selecting your service on Gloss Genius you’ll see a notation on the service option photo.
*Deposits to secure standard appointments may be required at times. This determination will always be at your stylist’s discretion.
Consultation Request Info:
If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation prior to a full service or if you’re directed to schedule a consultation please note the day and time you select may be adjusted to better fit the flow of my work day/week, I typically adjust the time to fit in between guests. When requesting a consultation expect a follow up email from me.
